Talisha is a professional dancer and currently working as a freelance dancer and creative artist performing, teaching and choreographing in the North West and around the UK. Some of Talisha’s recent work credits include dancing for Selfridges’ Rocks Christmas campaign, Snow Patrol, PUMA, Red Bull Music Academy festivals and choreographing for UK grime artist Maxwell D.

Barbara has practised Martial arts, primarily Tai Chi Quan, for 45 years and has taught for over 25 years as a Tai Chi Union of Great Britain instructor. She has studied and practised Qi Gong for 40 years, and is a Level 2 Instructor with the British Health Qigong Association.

Hannah’s practice of yoga began ten years ago, and in that time she has experienced and learned much about the body, mind and self. She is 500 Hours Yoga Alliance certified and committed to continuously learning in order to share the practice of yoga as fully, as informatively and as safely as she can. Hannah believes that the benefits of yoga are numerous, both outside and within.

Sophie gained her degree in Dance from LIPA. Upon graduating in 2009, Sophie went on to work in the dance industry whilst studying for her personal training and Pilates qualifications. Sophie has experience working with all walks of life; from people recovering from major surgery to professional dancers and athletes, and enjoys bringing out the best in every client. Sophie works hard to keep her classes fun, creative and inclusive.

Maxine has worked with MDI for 14 years, and still teaches weekly Pilates and other classes in the studio. An expert in African Peoples’ Dance, she is also the founder of programmes including Riddim n Roots at the Florrie, and a chair-based dance for their Rainbow Over-50s group.
