Liverpool Pilates Hub teaches you the principles of Pilates; concentration, centring, control, breathing, precision and flow. Strengthen your whole body, find your core muscles, improve posture and learn how to move with good alignment and body mechanics.

Wear something you feel comfortable moving and stretching in, bare feet is suitable.
We offer classes for all ages and abilities in our studio, ranging from Beginner’s Ballet to Professional Commercial classes. Visit our Dance Classes listings to find out more about a particular class.

Our studio is at 24 Hope Street. Please press the buzzer for the studio or office to gain entrance. The studio is located on the ground floor, where you can also find an accessible toilet.
If you are new to a class, please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time in order to complete a short registration form.
Information collected during registration is required for health and safety reasons only, and will not be shared externally.
What to Wear
For most classes, leggings and t-shirts or other comfortable clothes are perfect to move in, unless otherwise stated. Some classes recommend specific dance shoes, but in most cases bare feet is fine. Check with us in advance if you’d like to make sure: 0151 708 8810.
Payments & Pricing
Class prices vary depending on who is delivering the class, and some classes are subsidised. You can pay for all classes on the day in cash, unless otherwise stated.
For some classes, payment for the term must be made in advance, and this is specified on the listing. Call us on 0151 708 8810 if you’re not sure.
For all classes run by MDI (those with our name in the title), you can purchase a 10 Class Card, which can be used on any timetabled MDI class. All 10 classes must be taken within one year of purchase, and cards cannot be used for MDI summer courses or classes taught by external companies / teachers.
Our classes follow the usual academic year, so there are no classes during half-term or other holidays for Liverpool schools. To check school holiday dates, please visit liverpool.gov.uk
