Open Level Ballet with Sophie Taylor
Ballet is a graceful, formalised performance dance that can help improve posture.
The class includes floor exercises, stretches and jumps and while at times ballet can be physically demanding it does help to build strength and stamina.
This class is for those with some experience of ballet from beginner to advanced.
