Tai Chi is based on ancient martial arts and is considered an excellent way of improving balance, flexibility and core strength at all ages.
This is an established class suitable for those who have already learnt 18 forms Qi Gong and a little basic Tai Chi, preferably 24 forms simplified Yang Tai Chi. Regular students guaranteed places first.
