Get Up & Dance: Your Weekly Dance Workout

Get Up & Dance is our new, weekly dance workout, getting you moving and ready for the weekend!

Every Friday, we’ll be sharing a new routine, always short, simple and designed to put a smile on your face. If you’ve never dance before, don’t worry, it’s not about technique! These classes involve basic choreography similar to popular gym classes like Zumba, so you, your family members, and even the kids can get involved too.

From Monday, we’ll be launching an online timetable of lessons in dance technique, flexibility-focused fitness and cheesy choreography for children, brought to you from our regular studio teachers, as well as dance artists working with us as part of MDI’s new Talent Hub.
