TONIGHT: Intro to Contemporary✨
This class will give an insight into release based contemporary dance. Besides enjoying being in our bodies and taking pleasure from moving with clarity and attention to details, this class will focus on the principles of breath, flow, joint articulation and exploring different pathways through the body and through space. We will pay attention to working with different dynamics and how we can access a wide range of qualities, sensations and textures in the body.

We are delighted to announce that Pro-Class is returning on Monday 11th January with @athinatina21

''In this online class, we will transform the 'disadvantage' of having limited space into an opportunity to fully engage with our bodies. Concentrating on intricate and conscious movements, we will practice some exercises and improvisation tasks that will focus on the stability of the feet, directing energy into isolated body parts and coordinating the spine and head with the rest of the body.
To embody these tools, we will work towards a small routine by the end of the class.'' - Athina 💛
