Join dancer Sophie Taylor to find out how the graceful, formalised tradition of ballet can help improve your posture.
The class includes floor exercises, stretches and jumps. While at times ballet can be physically demanding, it also helps to build strength and stamina.
This class is for those with some experience of ballet, from beginner to advanced level.
What to wear: Comfortable dancewear, leggings/tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt. Bring your own Ballet shoes if you have them.
