Barre balance - a mindful movement for women. We believe in the commitment to your own self-love so don't offer drop-in classes but offer the chance for you to try a taster class for free.
Participants must book a pass in advance for either:
- £45 for 5 classes
- £80 for 10 classes
Natalie will be holding a second class at Blackburne House, and pass holders can go to both classes.
This class begins on Sunday 13 January, and runs weekly.
