Belly dancing is a fun and sociable way to keep fit, learn something new and make friends. These classes are for all abilities, and no dance experience is needed. Belly dancing helps to gradually increase your fitness and improve your core muscle strength.
Classes run in 6 week blocks costing £18 for the full block or £5 as a drop-in rate.
The first block will start on Tuesday 5 March - Tuesday 9 April 2019.
