A full body workout that will improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and burn fat. 30 minutes of high intensity Interval Training with Pilates technique.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in and a pair of trainers. Be prepared to sweat.
This class is followed by a one hour Pilates Classic Mat class, which participants are encouraged to stay for. This class is £4 if yopu attend the next one too.
Suitable for adults of all abilities.
