A class for beginners, and those looking to get back into Tai Chi, suitable for 18+.
Beginners will learn a sequence of warming up exercises and the 18 forms Qi Gong, which will prepare you for learning the Tai Chi form.
This is a gentle session, allowing people time to absorb the essence of Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
People with health problems are welcome to come along to the classes, and I am always happy to support individuals who may feel limited by health issues. I find the practise of Qi Gong is a restorative process and have personal experience with this.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes, pumps or light trainers.
£60 for 12 sessions payable in advance, or in two payments of £30.
