This class is for returners who know the 18 Qi gong and are working on the Yang Tai Chi 24 form.
We use the 18 Qi Gong form as our warm up, before moving on to Tai Chi postures in more detail.
Students who have learnt the Tai Chi form elsewhere are also welcome.
I love to see individuals progress in Qi Gong and Tai Chi, as practise can bring so many benefits to health and mental wellbeing.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes, pumps or light trainers.
£60 for 12 sessions payable in advance, or in two payments of £30.
