“Studying cultural education subjects, such as… dance… sparks creativity across the curriculum, encouraging young people to be inquisitive, disciplined and determined. Wherever children start in life, a high quality cultural education in every school should be a right, not a privilege.”
- Darren Henley OBE, Chief Executive, Arts Council England
We provide bespoke workshops and classes developed for the needs of our partner schools and colleges from that link to curriculum areas reinforcing and furthering the learning that has taken place in the classroom. Our workshops cater for all ages, from Foundation to KS5. Utilising a wide pool of local talent, we can offer sessions in a range of dance styles from theatrical dance (Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz) to dance forms from around the world (African, Caribbean, Indian).
"The large amount of historical/factual information about styles and eras of dance meant the children were not only learning how to dance but also about the historical context of each style and how these were influenced and developed. I would definitely recommend this workshop in future."
