Are you 60+ and interested in dance, keeping fit or getting together with a group of like-minded people? Join Merseyside Dance Initiative in your local library (Totexth, Norris Green, Childwall & Garston) for a series of FREE sessions aimed at providing a fun, social way to boost your wellbeing!
Enjoy warm-up exercises, dance styles and sequences in a friendly and welcoming environment. Each hour-long session will be followed by a 30 minute social with tea and biscuits.
All sessions are suitable for beginners. No dance experience is necessary. Wear something comfortable that’s easy to move in.
