It’s been proven that dance can boost wellbeing not only through the benefits of exercise but by giving people a chance to learn something new, make new friends and feel included in a group. We work with health sector partners such as The Brain Charity, as well as other arts organisations to carry out our work in the community – and the experiences we help create are truly remarkable.
MDI champions, initiates, supports and engages with breadth and diversity in dance. MDI championed me. Without MDI my life in dance would have been in poorer health. I champion MDI.
